In this 0.5 FTE role, you will manage year three and four of the Medical Undergraduate Program. It requires developing schedules and placements while maintaining confidential student records. Interacting with students, clinical faculty, and hospital staff will be essential in fostering strong relationships in the healthcare community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer Medical Undergraduate Program scheduling and placements
• Monitor performance and resolve issues during student placements
• Develop content for online learning platforms




• Collaborate with Faculty Leads on program enhancements
• Support recruitment and onboarding for educational staff

Requirements:
• Relevant administrative experience in educational settings
• Robust organizational and communication skills

• Experience with data management and analysis
