This permanent position offers 15-29 hours per week, encompassing weekend and alternating day/night shifts. As a Service Coordinator, you will work within a housing and gender-based violence sector, providing crucial support and advocacy. Responsibilities include assessing needs, offering counseling, and collaborating with community partners to ensure women receive comprehensive services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide crisis intervention and supportive counseling
• Liaise with community partners and housing providers
• Conduct initial assessments for clients accessing services




• Maintain client confidentiality and accurate record-keeping
• Facilitate individual goal-setting and program development

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Social Work or related field
• Experience in crisis management and de-escalation techniques
• Knowledge of social housing and community resources
• Ability to work versatile schedules, including weekends
• Current Standard First Aid and CPR certification
