Our team is deeply involved in advancing both financial outcomes and thoughtful decision-making for the families we serve.SummaryWe are looking for a Financial Analyst with a strong quantitative mindset to support work across our Insurance Brokerage and Private Equity activities. This role is well-suited to someone pursuing an actuarial designation, or with formal training in actuarial science, applied mathematics, or a related discipline. This role will focus on evaluating insurance strategies, modeling investment opportunities, and supporting decision-making on a range of ad hoc transactions and structures.What You’ll DoBuild and refine financial and actuarial-style models to support decision-making across insurance and investment opportunitiesAssess insurance structures and model expected outcomes under different scenariosEvaluate ad hoc investment opportunities, including private deals and non-traditional structuresDevelop projections that incorporate uncertainty, assumptions, and multiple potential pathsTranslate complex quantitative outputs into clear, practical insights for decision-makersIdentify opportunities to improve modeling approaches, tools, and data qualityAbout the Business UnitsInsurance Brokerage: Work closely with insurance-focused activities, including analyzing product structures, supporting long-term projections,
