You will collaborate with teams in Victoria, Port Alberni, and Port Hardy, overseeing vital programs and advocating for effective solutions to homelessness. Success in this role hinges on your ability to build partnerships and manage diverse budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and lead CAIS program teams across the island
• Ensure compliance with contracts and reporting




• Analyze data to improve community outcomes
• Cultivate engagements with Indigenous organizations
• Build resources for housing navigation
Requirements:
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Expertise in program management and Indigenous relations
• Proven success in community engagement and partnerships
• Solid analytical and financial management skills
• Regular travel across Vancouver Island required
