In your role, you will report to the Shop Supervisor and assist with machine setup, operation, and maintenance. You'll develop skills in reading blueprints and identifying equipment malfunctions. This position emphasizes adherence to ISO quality standards while providing an opportunity to gain experience in a collaborative shop setting.
Key Responsibilities: • Support setup and operation of milling and turning machines • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings • Assist in machine repairs and maintenance tasks • Help in detecting and adjusting equipment issues • Document inspection records accurately
Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED preferred • Previous welding or fabrication experience beneficial • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Adhere to shop safety and quality protocols
