In this site-specific role, you will be responsible for managing maintenance records within B2W while assisting the maintenance team. Your responsibilities will include creating and closing work orders, collecting documentation, and maintaining equipment files. You'll serve as an integral link between field activities and administrative processes, enabling Maintenance Coordinators to focus on critical operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Update and close maintenance work orders accurately
• Gather and attach maintenance documentation to appropriate files




• Assist the PM Foreman with necessary documentation correction
• Provide timely updates on outstanding maintenance records
• Aid in the preparation of maintenance reports
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent necessary
