This pivotal role focuses on aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Reporting to the HR Director for Quebec, you will support multiple facilities, including Ville Saint-Laurent and Boucherville.
Your role emphasizes developing talent, managing employee relations, and promoting a performance-driven culture while ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Guide site managers on HR best practices
- Develop HR priorities aligned with organizational goals
- Manage compliance with labour and employment laws
- Participate in organizational transformation initiatives Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years progressive HR experience
- Bilingual in French and English
- Ability to travel regularly between locations
