Join Hall Constructors as a Strategic Procurement Manager to drive efficiency and savings across projects. Your expertise in vendor relations and procurement strategies will be key to this impactful role. This position requires a seasoned skilled who can manage Hall's procurement processes while collaborating with Estimating and Operations teams.

You'll take charge of negotiating contracts, developing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial controls. Your leadership will support continuous improvement in procurement strategies to align with Hall’s objectives. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the full procurement cycle from sourcing to POs
- Optimize preferred vendor and subcontractor lists
- Approve subcontract agreements to meet standards
- Negotiate pricing and volume-based contracts
- Monitor supply chain risks and pricing trends

Requirements:

- 5–7 years of experience in construction procurement
- 2+ years in a leadership role
- Education in Business or Supply Chain
- Proficient in ERP systems; Acumatica preferred
- BC Class 5 Driver's License
