What are the main responsibilities for this role?

- Coordinate, engage, and support each student’s journey with Lux to help them achieve their goals.
- Be a main point of contact for students and parents and serve as the link between families and the wider Lux team.
- Work closely with the Director of Consulting, Director of Academics, teachers, mentors, and extracurricular coordinators.
- Understand each student’s roadmap, priorities, deadlines, and next steps.
- Keep up to date on student progress and report important updates to the team.
- Follow up on student actions and ensure important deadlines and deliverables are completed.
- Advise the team on possible additional support or services that may benefit the student.
- Proactively identify and resolve student or parent concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure student information, meeting notes, actions, deadlines, and progress are accurately logged in Lux’s internal system.
- Support student retention, renewals, and a positive long-term family experience.

What are we looking for?

- 1–2+ years of experience in customer service, project management, education, account management, or a transferable client-facing role.
- Fluent Mandarin and English.




- Ability to build strong relationships with students and families through excellent customer service and cultural awareness.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Outstanding organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Collaborative and open to giving and receiving feedback.
- Experience in education, tutoring, or university admissions is an asset.
- Experience in building and planning extra curricular activities for students is an asset.
