Studio
Manager is a newly created role responsible for structuring and operationalizing Cheil Canada’s creative production and agency resources.
The Studio
Manager will be responsible for managing the operational workflow of the creative studio (in-house platform; Cheil Canada Studio), coordinating resources across projects, and ensuring work moves efficiently from brief through delivery. The role acts as a central connection point between creative, account, production, and project management teams, balancing priorities, capacity, timelines, and quality.
The Studio
Manager will operate as the frontline of the agencies’ creative production,
keeping projects and campaigns on track and organized. You are a project manager at heart with experience running internal and external meetings, a digital native with a passion for AI. A bachelor’s degree, preferably in business management. ~ Ability to manage multiple projects at once. ~ Experience working with established project management tools such as Jira, Asana, etc. (training will be provided for the in-house platform; Cheil Canada Studio). ~ Proficiency in data metrics, KPIs, analytics, and insight-driven optimizations. ~ Versatility across agency roles: brand, digital, retail, and strategy. ~ Proven collaboration with senior leadership within the agency and clients. 70,000 - $75,000 CAD annually Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, and certificates This role is a fixed-term contract for a period of one (1) year, with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance.
While this position follows a hybrid work model, with three (3) days in-office (Tuesday through Thursday) and two (2) days work-from-home (Monday and Friday), during business requirements, needs, client deadlines, you may be required to be in office on all 5 days.
