We are seeking dedicated Supervised Instructor Therapists to provide therapy and ongoing support for our in-home and centre based clients in the Peterborough area. As a Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services in home-based and centre-based settings and offering meaningful support to children and families.
Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized ABA therapy for children with autism, including developing behaviour plans and teaching in natural environments
- Implement therapy programs and accurately record data
- Collect data and assist with assessments
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinical Director or RBA
- Provide therapy sessions that address emotional, behavioral, or developmental challenges
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as ECE, CYW, Social Work, Behaviour Science & Technology, or equivalent
- Flexibility to work varying schedules and travel between client locations as needed
- Proven experience working with children in clinical or educational settings
- Compassionate approach with excellent communication skills tailored to working with children and families
