Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Supervisor of Electronic Assembly to lead our manufacturing team. In this role, you will oversee the assembly of electronic components, ensure process efficiency, and uphold quality standards. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of safety, precision, and excellence in our production environment.

Duties

- Production line suprvision
- Recommend measures to improve productivity
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Establish work schedules
- Train or arrange for training
- Oversee safety of operations
- Recommend personnel actions
- Requisition or order materials,



equipment and supplies
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality

Requirements
- Low voltage knowledge is a must.
- Proven experience in manufacturing supervision, specifically within electronic or mechanical assembly environments
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies including lean manufacturing and continuous improvement strategies
- Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of safety and productivity
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train staff on technical procedures and system applications
- Prior experience in electronics manufacturing or related fields is highly desirable
