Reporting to the General Manager, this position oversees all clinical operations and regulatory compliance. You will lead the clinical team, design effective care plans, and engage with residents and families to ensure satisfaction and well-being. Emphasizing evidence-based practices, your leadership will enhance care for seniors requiring complex services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance and oversight to clinical operations
• Develop and evaluate individualized resident care plans
• Ensure adherence to all occupational health guidelines




• Participate in budget planning and financial monitoring
• Promote community resources and educational opportunities

Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• One year of nursing leadership experience required
• Knowledge of aging issues and chronic disease care
• Solid organizational and problem-solving skills
• CPR and First Aid certification maintained
