Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and inspire the producing team with high standards
• Review and finalize contracts for TO Live productions
• Forecast budgets and control expenses effectively




• Arrange artist logistics, including travel and hospitality
• Liaise with administration and visiting artists seamlessly

Requirements:
• At least eight years in cultural program management
• Proven experience in event and production management
• Expertise in contract negotiation and execution
• Strong financial management skills required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
