Exciting prospect to manage a new bouldering gym in Langley, BC, with an anticipated opening in Winter 2026/2027. As the Gym Manager, you will lay the groundwork and oversee gym operations effectively.

In the pre-opening phase, you will work closely with ownership to recruit a strong team and establish critical operational systems. Once operational, you’ll lead day-to-day management while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role demands strategic leadership and a community-driven approach to climbing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with ownership to hire and train staff
• Set up operational systems and drive pre-sales
• Manage daily gym operations and staff activities
• Foster a positive environment for members and visitors
• Lead the routesetting team and ensure high facility standards

Requirements:
• Over 2 years of management experience in related field
• Experience in staff supervision and scheduling
• Deep passion for climbing and fitness communities
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
