Position: Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer
Location: Etobicoke, ON | Hybrid - 3 days/week
Salary: $105K-110k base + 15% bonus

Our client is a leading Canadian payments and fintech organization looking for a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join their MarTech team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud developer who wants to take ownership of complex marketing technology solutions across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement (Pardot), and Data Cloud.

What you'll be doing

Design, develop and optimize solutions across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Contact Builder, Advertising Studio and CloudPages

Build scalable marketing automations using SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, APIs and dynamic content

Architect and implement multi-channel customer journeys, including behavioral, event-based, API-triggered and transactional journeys

Develop audience segmentation, personalization and customer lifecycle solutions

Manage consent, subscriptions and customer preferences, including custom landing pages and real-time personalization

Support Marketing Cloud configuration, deliverability, data governance and platform optimization





Configure and enhance Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), including lead scoring, grading, Engagement Studio and automation rules

Develop scalable audience models in Salesforce Data Cloud for segmentation, personalization and cross-channel activation

Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce APIs, middleware, SFTP and ETL workflows

Partner with Marketing, Data and Technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Take ownership of complex, high-impact workflows from architecture through implementation and troubleshooting

Nice to have

Salesforce certification

Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud

Enterprise-scale marketing automation implementations
