Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate patient program services and support
• Perform HCP and patient registration processes




• Manage patient inquiries via calls and online platforms
• Provide education on disease management and therapies
• Liaise with healthcare providers for streamlined services

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse in good standing with provincial College
• 2-4 years of clinical experience required
• Experience in Patient Support Programs is an asset
• Bilingual in English and French preferred
• Knowledge in immunology is an asset
