As a Controller, you will work with an expanding team managing a vast portfolio of residential properties. You will be responsible for all facets of accounting, ensuring financial policies are robust, and enhancing the use of Yardi Voyager. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct full-cycle accounting and cash-flow management
• Strengthen financial controls and reporting practices
• Spearhead enhancements to Yardi Voyager usage




• Produce timely financial statements for management
• Cultivate external relationships with key service providers

Requirements:
• Proven Controller or Accounting Manager experience
• Familiarity with Yardi Voyager and property management systems
• CPA designation is an asset with solid accounting skills
• Experience in multi-property environments is beneficial
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
