Key Responsibilities:
• Provide ongoing functional support and configuration across Oracle Cloud HCM

• Develop comprehensive test strategies and validation documentation
• Collaborate on integrations, reporting, and data initiatives

Requirements:
• 4+ years of Oracle Cloud HCM experience
• Strong knowledge of functional HCM processes
• Extensive testing and defect management experience
