They must have excellent discretion, professionalism and tact to deal with a wide range of confidential labour relations, personal, and payroll issues and information to be considered as an asset for this post.
Candidates applying for this post must have analytical, and problem-solving skills to identify and analyze potential and current problems with human resources program administration and payroll transactions and data to be eligible for this post.
They must have dedicated knowledge and skill in the use of computerized HRIS. Proficiency with Excel, Access, Visio, Word, Outlook etc to be considered as an asset for this post.
Work setting They must be able to assist with the transformation from paper-based forms to utilizing the online Performance Management module to be eligible for this post.
