Lead HR initiatives across Canada, the US, and Mexico for a technology leader with a strong employee focus. This in office position combines HR management with strategic policy development and team collaboration.

As the sole HR practitioner for 87 employees, you will oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and payroll. You will develop local HR policies while promoting individual initiative and teamwork. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships across North America.

Key Responsibilities:
