Lead the delivery of evidence-based clinical services as the Clinical Manager at Kinark. Oversee a multidisciplinary team, ensuring top-tier therapy and case management services in a secure environment.
As a Clinical Manager reporting to the Forensic Director, you'll spearhead the provision and evaluation of clinical services. Your role includes supervising clinicians, like social workers and psychologists, while implementing individualized treatment strategies. You'll ensure adherence to legislative and accreditation standards, fostering equity, diversity, and inclusion in clinical practices and contributing to a protected environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement evidence-based clinical process frameworks
• Support clinician training and onboarding initiatives




• Oversee complex client treatment strategies in teams
• Partner with internal and community service providers
• Lead quality improvement initiatives for clinical practices
Requirements:
• Master's degree in a health-related field
• 5-10 years of relevant experience
• Proven leadership within mental health settings
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment models
• Bilingualism in English/French is an asset
