Lead transformation initiatives as the Director of Operational Excellence at Emergent in Winnipeg. Drive Lean principles and enhance organizational capacity within a dedicated team.

This full-time role involves partnering with the Site Leadership Team to implement operational excellence principles and ensure strategic priorities align with measurable outcomes. You will lead change, providing coaching and support to both the Operational Excellence team and broader organization to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the site's Operational Excellence roadmap for sustainable capabilities
• Develop strategy deployment including actionable plans and governance
• Improve safety, quality, cost, and capacity using Lean methodologies




• Establish systems for performance monitoring and transformation progress
• Collaborate with leaders to share best practices and benchmark performance

Requirements:
• University degree in business, engineering or equivalent
• 10+ years in driving Operational Excellence transformations
• Lean or Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt certification
• Solid executive influence with change management skills
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment preferred
