We are seeking a strategic and technically fluent Project Manager to lead complex Web and CMS digital transformation initiatives
In this role, you will oversee the full project lifecycle — from discovery and solution design to development, launch, and post-launch optimization
You will manage cross-functional teams including strategists, UX designers, architects, developers, and QA specialists while serving as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients

You will report to the Delivery Director and play a key role in driving successful, scalable digital platform implementations
Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale Web and CMS projects (replatforming, multi-site, headless implementations)
Manage project scope, budgets (£1M+), schedules, and profitability
Facilitate discovery workshops and translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and status reporting
Oversee resource planning, forecasting, and estimate-to-completion tracking
Identify and mitigate risks related to integrations, content migration, and technical architecture
Participate in pre-sales activities including RFP responses, scoping, and SOW development




Build robust client relationships and identify opportunities for growth and expansion
Drive continuous improvement of project governance and delivery processes
You continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and delivery excellenceExcellent stakeholder written and verbal communication skills across business and technical audiencesYou are proactive in identifying risks and solving problems before they escalatDemonstrated financial management experience including revenue forecasting and margin trackingYou build trusted, long-term client relationshipsExpertise in Agile and hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery modelsYou are technically credible and comfortable engaging with architects and developersYou bring structure and clarity to complex, multi-workstream programs6+ years of Project Management experience in a digital agency or consulting environmentProven experience delivering enterprise Web and CMS implementations (e.g., Drupal, AEM, Sitecore, headless CMS)Strong understanding of modern web architecture and multi-platform integrationsYou are commercially minded and understand the financial drivers of digital deliveryExperience managing large client-facing teams and complex project logisticsBusiness analysis or requirements management experiencePMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certificationExperience working with global distributed teamsFamiliarity with marketing technology ecosystems and digital governance
