Key Responsibilities:
• Develop high-performing RMT&S; engineering teams
• Implement the Safety Management System effectively
• Manage matrixed resource allocation for projects




• Lead safety planning and hazard analysis activities
• Oversee reliability and maintainability analyses

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or STEM
• 10+ years in system safety and engineering disciplines
• 5+ years of engineering leadership experience
• Familiarity with MIL-STD and IEC standards
• Proven record in developing engineering competencies
