In this senior role, you will report to the Civil Design Lead and lead the design of various road infrastructure projects. Key responsibilities include overseeing the work of road design staff, ensuring quality in preliminary and detailed road designs, and resolving design conflicts with other disciplines. You will also participate actively in stakeholder engagement and contribute to improving transportation solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate road design staff activities on various projects
• Lead the preliminary and detailed design of roadways




• Collaborate with stakeholders and other design teams
• Oversee preparation of design documents and specifications
• Guide technical staff in project-related reviews

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Professional Engineer registration in Ontario
• 10 years of experience in municipal road design
• Knowledge of traffic engineering standards
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
