The Administrator at PFN plays a vital role in advancing the Nation's mission, directly reporting to Chief & Council. You will work collaboratively to provide strategic direction, manage finances, and lead staff, ensuring cultural values are upheld. This role demands a commitment to community welfare through advocacy and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a community-aligned long-term vision
• Collaborate with leadership to set strategic priorities
• Oversee budgets and financial strategies with the Finance Director




• Mentor and coach staff to foster a positive work setting
• Advocate for community interests across various levels

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in relevant fields
• 10+ years in executive management, preferably in Indigenous organizations
• Extensive experience in strategic planning and community engagement
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Proven advocacy and relationship-building success
