Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve Level 2 incidents in video-conferencing environments
• Troubleshoot hardware, endpoints, and applications

• Monitor health and proactively identify issues
• Support projects and escalate technical problems

Requirements:
• Advanced experience with Cisco video conferencing technology
