The Manager of Continuing Education Curriculum Strategy and Quality will oversee the development and governance of over 250 online courses and 50+ programs. This position involves partnership with university leadership and stakeholders to create impactful curricula that fulfill learner requirements, reflect industry standards, and incorporate adult learning models.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly manage and develop an educational team
• Partner with stakeholders on curriculum design
• Ensure curriculum meets quality assurance standards
• Implement assessments aligned with learning outcomes
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in course offerings
Requirements:
• Proven experience in curriculum design and implementation
• Solid leadership and strategic planning background
• Familiarity with adult learning theories
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• History of enhancing program quality
