You will report to the Director, Credit and Collections, managing a team responsible for accounts receivable efficiency. Your leadership will drive improvements in DSO and cash flow while leading AR meetings to prioritize collection targets. Collaborating with key departments will be essential to ensure accurate billing processes and strengthen customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and refine collections forecasting reports
• Lead weekly AR meetings for performance reviews
• Manage complex customer accounts and escalations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• 5+ years in leadership roles
