We seek an individual with over 4 years of experience in investor relations at public companies. You will manage the earnings cycle, produce presentation materials, and analyze shareholder registers while evaluating dividend recommendations and activist vulnerabilities. The position is crucial for enhancing our investor communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft earnings releases and Q&A; briefings for calls
• Produce guidance-setting and revision recommendations
• Build IR presentation materials and positioning decks




• Analyze shareholder registers to assess vulnerabilities
• Recommend dividends and capital returns to stakeholders

Requirements:
• 4+ years in investor relations at public companies
• Direct experience with the earnings cycle management
• Familiarity with equity research is an advantage
• IRC charter (NIRI) preferred but not required
• Experience in investor relations agency is a plus
