Key Responsibilities:
• Provide I&T; business analysis services for diverse client needs
• Interact with stakeholders to gather and document requirements
• Prepare business analysis policies, best practices,



and standards
• Develop and document workflows, swim lane diagrams
• Create executive-level Power BI dashboards for reporting

Requirements:
• Must work onsite 3 days per week in Toronto
• Experience with MS365 applications (PowerApps, Power BI)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record in business modeling and requirements gathering
• Communication and change management expertise
