WSP is seeking a supervisor to ensure quality and compliance in high-voltage projects. As the primary in office representative, you'll monitor construction progress, document compliance with industry standards, and support engineering activities. Your role will involve direct interaction with contractors, facilitating holds and witness points along with documentation and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee substation and transmission construction operations
• Conduct engineering observations to assess compliance with project specs
• Manage documentation for field observations and construction processes




• Identify any deviations requiring further engineering review
• Participate in safety meetings and maintain site records

Requirements:
• 10-15 years of relevant field experience in construction
• Degree in Engineering or a related field required
• Ability to interpret civil and electrical construction documents
• Strong familiarity with ITPs and QA/QC standards
• Solid organizational and communication skills
