Key Responsibilities:
• Coach managers on performance and attendance management
• Interpret HR policies and collective agreements




• Support employee relations and workplace incident handling
• Help develop inclusive HR programs and policies
• Oversee health and safety program administration

Requirements:
• Five years of HR experience in a relevant field
• Degree in Human Resources or Business
• Preferred CHRP designation
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting
• Proficient with ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Office
