We are looking for a candidate with 3-5+ years of development experience in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM). Responsibilities include developing and enhancing IAM solutions, troubleshooting complex issues, and documenting procedures for identity management. You'll work extensively on OIM API and workflow development, crucial for enterprise security.

Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM issues in non-production environments
• Design new features for enterprise identity management solutions




• Develop schedulers, adapters, and plugins for OIM
• Support full SDLC activities from analysis to deployment
• Research technology improvements and demonstrate solutions

Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years hands-on OIM development
