In the role of SRE Manager at LayerZero, you will lead a team of engineers to maintain and enhance the reliability of our blockchain node infrastructure. Your responsibilities will span technical leadership and people management, ensuring that processes align with business objectives and empowering your team to excel. Hands-on involvement with complex incidents will also be a key component.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team, establishing growth plans and technical direction
• Own the reliability strategy for diverse blockchain nodes
• Work with Engineering and Product teams on prioritization




• Implement infrastructure-as-code with Kubernetes and Helm
• Improve on-call structure and automate incident response

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field
• 6+ years SRE experience with at least 2 years in management
• Deep knowledge of blockchain infrastructure
• Solid programming skills in TypeScript or Golang
• Proven ability managing Kubernetes in production
