EXP’s Calgary office is seeking a Senior Land Development Drafter to enhance its Land Development Team. This pivotal role will involve reviewing drafting packages for compliance with standards and mentoring emerging drafters. Leverage your skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D to produce detailed drawings for residential roadways, utilities, and grading.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review drawing packages for City of Calgary compliance
• Provide guidance and check work of junior drafters
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members




• Support roadway and utility design for projects
• Produce accurate drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D

Requirements:
• Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology with 8+ years of experience
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and vehicle access
• Ability to work independently and in teams
