Key Responsibilities:
• Architect ServiceNow HAM solutions covering the entire asset lifecycle
• Ensure alignment of HAM and SAM solutions with related ServiceNow products
• Define strategies for data governance and process controls
• Collaborate with delivery teams to meet project goals
• Draft technical documentation for solution implementation
Requirements:
• 8-12 years in IT services and enterprise architecture
• 4 years minimum on the ServiceNow platform
• Proven experience with HAM and SAM capabilities
• Strong understanding of software lifecycle processes
• Experience implementing ServiceNow integrations
