Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical education to regulated and unregulated staff
• Facilitate skills labs and bedside coaching




• Monitor and assess learner engagement and outcomes

Requirements:
• Active RN or RPN registration
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience
• Proven background in clinical education
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
