- Evaluate and oversee patient care throughout treatment
- Develop and implement Survivorship Care plans
- Assist in tracking the Cancer Program’s effectiveness
- Act as a resource for the healthcare team
- Lead weekly General Tumor Board discussions

Requirements:

- Experience in Radiation or Medical Oncology is preferred
- Strong interest in Survivorship is required
- Must hold BCLS certification
- Oncology Nurse Certification is highly desired
- Current Registered Nurse license in Illinois
