We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sushi Maker to join our dynamic culinary team. The Sushi

Maker will be responsible for preparing, assembling, and presenting sushi dishes that meet our restaurant’s standards for freshness and visual appeal.

Responsibilities

- Prepare a variety of sushi dishes with precision and attention to detail, including rolling, slicing, and assembling ingredients.
- Ensure all food handling and preparation adhere to strict food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station and kitchen area throughout each shift.
- Assist in meal preparation for other menu items as needed, supporting overall kitchen operations.
- Serve customers with professionalism, providing information about menu items and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate supply needs to management promptly.




- Follow recipes accurately to maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy hours.

Requirements

- Proven experience in food preparation, specifically in sushi making or related culinary skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures within the food industry.
- Experience with serving customers in a restaurant or food service setting.
- Strong skills in cooking, meal preparation, and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
