Senior Talent Acquisition

Partner . This job is full-time permanent . Manage complex and hard-to-fill roles Serve as a subject-matter expert on recruitment technologies and sourcing tools (e.g., Demonstrate a high level of independence and autonomy in managing assignments.

Design tools and training related to talent acquisition. Lead talent acquisition and cross-functional projects. Take operational leadership in cases of team member absences or vacations. Manage a high volume of requisitions simultaneously, while maintaining high quality standards.

Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. Identify training and development needs within the team and with internal stakeholders.
