You will act as a trusted partner to your clients, helping them attract, hire, and retain the right people while building long-term relationships with candidates and employees.

Develop creative sourcing and networking strategies to attract qualified talent. Act as a trusted advisor to clients on recruitment challenges and workforce needs.

Identify opportunities to support clients with additional staffing and HR solutions. Visit client sites to better understand their operations, culture, and hiring needs. Contribute to business growth through networking and relationship building.

Competitive salary including weekly bonuses. Starting from your first day, you’ll receive 3 weeks of vacations (pro-rated), and after 3 years with us, you’ll begin accruing a fourth week. Reimbursement of travel expenses for client visits.

Experience in recruitment, staffing, human resources, sales, customer service, or account management. Excellent communication skills in English.

Experience in the staffing industry is considered a strong asset. Starting at $60,000 per year + bonus #
