- Drive candidate sourcing and screening for diverse pipelines

- Oversee student onboarding and engagement initiatives
- Represent Digital Extremes at career fairs and build co-op relationships

Requirements:

- 3+ years in HR/recruitment, tech/gaming experience preferred
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required
