- Support employee engagement and analysis of survey data

- Streamline processes to enhance employee programs

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related fields
- 5+ years in talent management or related roles
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic workplace
- Experience in HR program support
