Join our dynamic educational and support team as a Teacher, TTOC (Temporary Teacher on Call), Bus Driver, Educational Assistant (EA), or Administrative Office Staff member! Whether you’re guiding young minds in the classroom, ensuring safe transportation, providing essential support services, or managing administrative tasks, your role will be vital to creating a positive and productive school environment.

Duties

- Deliver engaging instruction and support to students across various grade levels and programs
- Cover classes as a TTOC, ensuring continuity of learning when regular teachers are absent
- Operate school buses safely, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols to transport students reliably
- Assist students with diverse needs, including those requiring senior care or multilingual support, fostering an inclusive environment
- Provide administrative support by managing records, scheduling appointments, and handling communication within the school office
- Support classroom activities by preparing materials, supervising students,



and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, staff, and community members in both English and Punjabi (bilingual skills preferred)

Skills

- Experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings
- Strong communication skills in both English and Punjabi; bilingual proficiency is highly valued
- Knowledge of student behavior management and classroom support strategies
- Mechanical knowledge useful for maintaining transportation equipment or school facilities
- Excellent customer service skills when interacting with students, parents, staff, and community partners
- Ability to operate commercial vehicles safely as a bus driver or transportation staff
- Teaching or writing skills that enhance lesson planning or documentation processes
- Multilingual capabilities that support diverse student populations and community engagement
