Responsibilities

- Manage budgeting activities related to team resources, supplies, and operational expenses
- Oversee program management initiatives, ensuring projects are executed effectively from planning through completion
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and feedback to support team development and enhance overall productivity
- Maintain accurate administrative records, including attendance, performance reports, and operational documentation




- Foster a positive team environment by promoting open communication, collaboration, and motivation

Requirements

- Proven supervisory or team leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong administrative skills with experience in record keeping and reporting
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and experience managing financial resources effectively
- Experience in program management with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to motivate staff and liaise with other departments or stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to supervise staff, resolve conflicts, and promote teamwork
- Relevant experience in operations or related fields is preferred
