The Manager of Business Development and Events will lead the planning, coordination, licensing, operational delivery, and strategic growth of events and programming across Build Nova Scotia properties and event sites. This includes the Halifax waterfront, Provincial Exhibition Grounds in Truro, Open Hearth Park in Sydney, Lunenburg waterfront, Bedford waterfront, Peggy's Cove and other sites as added to Build Nova Scotia's portfolio.
In addition, the Manager of Business Development and Events will be responsible for the protected and successful execution of events, festivals, activations, and public programming initiatives that support tourism, community engagement, economic development, and increased benefit to Nova Scotians.
