Responsibilities

- Supervise and lead large tilesetting teams in office
- Ensure quality control and adherence to tile installation standards
- Plan projects and schedule work to meet deadlines
- Coordinate training and development for team members
- Manage materials and equipment efficiently




- Conduct regular site inspections to enforce safety compliance
- Address and resolve on-site problems promptly
