Step into a key role at Northview as a Facilities Manager located in Yellowknife, NT. Control maintenance operations, ensure compliance, and lead renovation projects across our residential properties.

This role requires you to report to the Regional Manager and manage a dynamic team responsible for maintaining several properties. Your knowledge in asbestos and mould remediation will play a pivotal role in the maintenance of our units. You will also work on creating effective training programs while managing projects and emergencies efficiently.

• 3 years of experience in facilities or project management
